Cancellation Policy

Photographer needs access to all areas including walk in closets/storage/utility rooms/garage, etc. The rooms don't need to be photographed, but the photographer must be able to go inside them to include them on the floor plan. If the photographer cannot gain access to those rooms, they will not be included on the floor plan. Zillow Showcase cannot be processed until your order has been placed on this Google Form https://rem.ax/ZillowShowcase By scheduling a listing photoshoot utilizing the Zillow Showcase package, the undersigned agent (“Agent”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: Photography Fees: Agent shall be responsible for payment of the applicable hourly rate charged for the listing photoshoot, as determined by Creative Concepts. Zillow Showcase Upgrade Fee: Agent acknowledges that the Zillow Showcase upgrade requires a non-refundable base cost of Two Hundred Dollars ($250.00), which is paid directly by RE/MAX Concepts to Zillow. Agent further agrees that this cost shall be billed back to Agent in full. Obligation to Accurately Reflect Showcase Selection: Agent agrees to complete and maintain all listing data in the MLS to accurately reflect the selection of Zillow Showcase for the subject property. Acknowledgment of Charges: By booking the Zillow Showcase package, Agent expressly accepts full responsibility for all charges associated with (a) the photography hourly rate and (b) the $250.00 Zillow Showcase upgrade fee. Agent understands and agrees that these charges are due and payable without exception. No Waiver: Failure by Agent to review or complete listing data, or any subsequent decision to withdraw from the Zillow Showcase package, shall not relieve Agent of the obligation to pay the charges outlined herein. By proceeding with the booking, Agent confirms acknowledgment of, and agreement to, the terms set forth above.
